There are many ways to provide us access to you home. A convenient method is to leave a key to your residence with us. For your safety and security, your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system or keypad, please provide access instructions when confirming your clean.
To ensure quality service for all valued clients, we cannot specify exact arrival times. Instead we have a 2 hour arrival window which allows our professional house cleaners to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning.
A credit card number must be kept on file with your account only being charged after the services are complete. Even with reoccurring cleans, your card will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each cleaning individually unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. Maid Pristine accepts payment through Zelle, Check, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the commencement of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee.

If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking. To be safe, always check the information you entered into the booking form and remember that for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered.

Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but we’ll will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.
After each cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to review the job on a scale from 1-10. We value your opinions and your feedback is important to us to improve our service and serve you better.

Maid Pristine never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your professional cleaners. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.

We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Maid Pristine requires notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact us directly to make schedule changes.
Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

We are bonded and insured. If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 24 hours of service.

The answer is no! We provide everything, we use safe and reliable professional-grade cleaning supplies to clean your home. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your professional house cleaner.

For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder.
We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension.
We cannot move items weighing more than 35 pounds.
We cannot touch or move firearms in order to clean an area. Clients who own firearms should move them to an area we do not clean.
We do not clean animal/human feces, urine, vomit, blood or other similar bio-hazard materials.
We do not use bleach, except for at the client’s request. Please note, we will not be responsible for damage it may cause.
We do not remove or haul away trash, debris or furniture. This also applies to Post Construction Clean Up

We always enjoy meeting your fluffy family members, with a promise that our friendly and trustworthy cleaners will treat all pets with love and respect. While we take as many precautions as possible, we cannot be held responsible for their escape.

We collect information from you in order to communicate regarding our services, provide our services, and build a valuable service provider relationship with you based on trust. We do not sell or trade your personal information such as name, email, phone number(s), and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances. We do not share your information with any third parties other than those affiliates who help us fulfill our business obligations to you.
